  • Payment proofs, deposit slips, cheque-processing records, expense receipts, and bank-account details required for authorized company transactions. Sensitive bank information is restricted to authorized roles and protected in storage.

  • Contact inquiries, feedback, complaints, supporting references, preferred contact method, and correspondence.
