1. Acceptance and Scope
These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and 8LIMA8 5UCCESS Lifestyle Inc. They apply when you browse the website, submit an inquiry, create or use an account, place or process a transaction, access reports, or use an employee or member portal.
If you do not agree, do not create an account or use restricted services. Additional written policies may apply to purchases, returns, membership, commissions, employment responsibilities, and specific promotions. Where a specific written policy conflicts with these general terms, the specific policy governs that activity to the extent permitted by law.
2. Eligibility, Accounts, and Security
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information and have legal capacity to enter the relevant transaction or participation arrangement.
- Each user must use only the account assigned to them. Account sharing, impersonation, and use of another person’s credentials are prohibited.
- You are responsible for protecting your password, authenticator codes, recovery codes, email account, and registered devices.
- You must promptly report suspected unauthorized access, incorrect account details, or lost authentication credentials.
- Employee and management access is limited by assigned role and business need. Attempts to bypass permissions or view restricted financial, commission, member, or personnel information are prohibited.
We may require email verification, password changes, multi-factor authentication, identity confirmation, or additional review before granting or restoring access.
3. Products, Orders, Payments, and Records
- Product availability, prices, packages, promotions, and payment methods may change before a transaction is completed.
- An order or payment is complete only when recorded and confirmed through the authorized company workflow.
- Customers and representatives must review names, quantities, payment details, and receipt information before confirming a transaction.
- Adjustments, voids, replacements, refunds, returns, and payment corrections require the applicable approval and audit process.
- Do not send payments based only on an unofficial chat message. Verify representatives and retain the official receipt or reference number.
In case of a discrepancy, the validated company transaction record, supporting payment evidence, inventory record, and audit history will be reviewed together. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
4. Business Opportunity, Commissions, and Representations
- Participation does not guarantee income, commission, promotion, rank, customer demand, or business success.
- Commissions depend on valid released transactions, applicable product or package rates, genealogy and rank rules, cutoff periods, deductions, verification, and company approval.
- Users must not make misleading earnings claims, medical claims, guaranteed-results statements, or unauthorized promises on behalf of 8LIMA8.
- Marketing must use accurate, current, and company-approved information and must comply with consumer, advertising, product, and data-privacy requirements.
- Commission and promotion rules may be updated prospectively. Completed transaction records retain the rates and rules valid for that transaction unless a lawful, documented correction is approved.

5. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- Submit false, fraudulent, defamatory, abusive, unlawful, or deliberately misleading information.
- Manipulate sales, genealogy, inventory, commissions, expenses, financial reports, cash records, approvals, or audit information.
- Probe, scan, attack, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass platform security and access controls.
- Upload malware, executable content, stolen information, or material that infringes another person’s rights.
- Scrape personal information or use representative-directory information for spam, harassment, or unrelated marketing.
- Disclose confidential company, member, customer, employee, financial, or authentication information without authorization.
6. Intellectual Property and Submitted Content
The website design, company name, logos, product materials, text, images, reports, software, and documentation are owned by or licensed to 8LIMA8 and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Limited viewing and use are allowed only for legitimate personal, customer, member, or assigned work purposes.
When you submit a profile image, inquiry, proof, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and authorize processing only as needed for the relevant service, transaction, support request, legal obligation, and platform record. Ownership of your original content is not transferred merely by submission.
7. Availability, Corrections, and Limitation
We work to keep the platform accurate, secure, and available, but maintenance, third-party service interruptions, connectivity issues, emergencies, and security events may temporarily affect access. We may correct obvious technical, display, calculation, or record errors through documented and authorized workflows.
To the extent permitted by law, 8LIMA8 is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by unauthorized credential sharing, unsupported third-party actions, inaccurate information supplied by a user, or events beyond reasonable control. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Suspension, Investigation, and Termination
Access may be restricted or suspended to protect users, company funds, records, or systems; investigate suspected fraud or misconduct; enforce role changes; respond to a legal requirement; or address a violation of these terms. Where appropriate, the company may require corrective action, revoke sessions, preserve evidence, or refer a matter for formal review.
Ending an account does not automatically erase transaction, accounting, commission, audit, security, or legal records that must be retained. Personal data remains governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law and Concern Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Before commencing formal proceedings, users are encouraged to submit a complete concern through the Contact & Support Center so the company can verify records and attempt an appropriate resolution. Mandatory rights and remedies under applicable law remain available.
10. Changes and Contact Information
We may revise these terms to reflect legal, operational, security, product, or business-rule changes. Material changes will be identified by a revised effective date and, when appropriate, an account or website notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
